After thirteen years of using a competitor's software, a system that I was very comfortable with, it was a leap of faith to switch to Club M Tech, but we certainly are glad we did. The thing I like most is the ease of use, and the fantastic support we receive. The entire ClubMTech system is user-friendly including the catering package that integrates directly with the accounting system. After using ClubMTech for six years, I've never looked back.

Its operating system is seamless; the back office is light years ahead of any other system in its simplicity of use and effectiveness. The front of the house works smoothly and easy to teach. The ease of closing the day's sales, as well as the simplicity of setting up informative financial statements were just a couple of advantages I missed almost immediately. Another advantage lost that had an impact on me immediately was the inability to access the account system from almost anywhere. While using ClubMTech I grew very accustomed to being able to access the system on my iPad, which would help when I would get those late night questions from board members, and the General Manager.
